Returns Policy

We will inspect everything carefully to make sure it leaves us in good condition. We will also package and protect everything so that it does not get damaged on its way.

If you do have a problem with a product you have received, here is what to do, Contact our team via the Contact Us Page. Please quote our invoice number and give brief details of the issue and your preferred contact details. Alternatively you may telephone our office on 01753 650958 between 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday – Friday.
Incorrect Goods
If we sent you something you hadn’t ordered and which was not a substitute item (see below), please contact us within 2 days informing us of the problem. You can return it within 28 working days unused in its original packaging and you will not be charged.

Damaged In Transit
If your purchase is damaged in transit, please contact us within 1 day informing us of the problem and sign for the goods as damaged . You can then return it within 14 days and either get a replacement or a refund. Please make sure you give us your invoice number and return the item in its original packaging.

To cancel an order, please e-mail us at sales@ps-composites.com with details of the order you are cancelling. Please note a charge may apply if the cancellation is done after the order or a part of the order has been dispatched.

You can return anything you are not happy with within 14 days of receiving it, provided that:
Until we receive the goods you are returning, they are your responsibility. For your protection and peace of mind, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service to return orders.

Delivery Policy

Nationwide deliveries placed before 1pm will be dispatched on the day that they are ordered for next day delivery with orders placed after this time being dispatched the following day. This only refers to working days therefore excludes weekends and bank holidays.

Where possible, this will be via couriers. However, larger deliveries will be sent by pallet.
