Addition Cure

Pro-Gel 10 is a new advanced prosthetic-grade silicone. It is a two-part platinum silicone system with a mix ratio of 1:1.

One of our newest and bestselling addition cure silicones! it is a 2 part translucent silicone with an exceptional low viscosity, with QC25 you have a “10 Minute” working time and can de-mould within 60 minutes. Perfect for quick mould making and perfect for flat moulds.

GO-CAST is a self-releasing poly addition cure silicone which is ideal for making moulds of hands, feet and body parts, it comes as a 2-part system which when mixed together and applied to the skin creates the perfect replication.

LifeForm is a Poly addition cure RTV Silicone rubber which vulcanises at room temperature. The two components are mixed together at a 1:1 ratio which offers a prefect thixotropic mixture which is ready to be applied to the body.

Elastosil A07 is a free-flowing, transparent, quality adhesion product that possesses excellent adhesion properties. The product offers skin formation within 2 to 5 minutes

T-30 is a translucent, addition-cure silicone with a 30 Shore A hardness. Low viscosity, ideal for mould-making. Perfect for flat moulds. - High chemical resistance to the aggressive components of some types of resin; - Extremely high tear strength (this feature guarantees high resistance to wear and tear); - High accuracy in reproducing very small details; - High dimensional stability in time and indeformability; - Remarkable resistance to high temperatures and aging; - Excellent anti-stick effect.

T-4 Silicone is a 40A Shore hardness silicone that has a high tear strength and outstanding release properties, it has very low shrinkage and great dimensional stability .

AD-260 is a two-component, room temperature, addition cure silicone material. The cured rubber has excellent mechanical properties and good shelf-life stability. This material is a good choice for the molding of furniture, picture frames and architectural materials. AD 260 is exceptionally good where high durometer and dimensional stability are required.

AD-SIL 20 is a 2 part addition cured RTV silicone rubber which vulcanizes at room temperature.

PlatSil® FS-20 (Fast-Setting) Silicone Rubber is a two-part, platinum-catalyzed, liquid silicone system that cures (RTV) to a milky white, Shore OO66/A20 rubber.

To soften Platsil Gel 25 without oil leaching use Deadener LV (Low Viscosity)

A  2 part poly addition cure silicone that when fully cured gives you a water clear finish, it becomes a great SFX material when you crumble it together which gives you the exact look of broken glass.

Pro-Gel 10 Softener is designed to be mixed with the two-part Pro-Gel 10 system at a ratio of anywhere from 30-120%, you can soften the silicone to give it the feel of human skin for ultra-realistic feeling prosthetics.

Smiths Prosthetic Deadener is the all important Gelling agent for use with Platsil Gel 10

A pre-thickened addition cure (platinum cure) silicone, it is a 2 part system that works as a 1-1 by weight ration and shore hardness of 22.
